How We Work

While all businesses use computer systems, their wants and needs are actually very diverse. IST has a philosophy of partnership with their clients. Our first step in helping our clients is understanding their concerns, and how their business works. This typically means completing a detailed questionnaire with an “on-site” analysis. Our initial analysis is always free. Once IST has completed these steps, we can provide a proposal or quote with pricing.
